House rules
Dear holiday guests!
Our holiday apartment should be like a second home for you. You should
feel comfortable and be able to relax. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings
and hope that you will find everything you need. The following
house rules are intended to help you have a harmonious stay. We have also listed a few rules that we hope you will understand.
By treating the apartment properly, you will help us to continue to offer you
and other guests satisfactory accommodation in the future.
If you miss anything in the furnishings or if you need help,
please contact us in confidence. All things that are in the
holiday apartment or on the balcony can and should be used by the guests. Please handle all
the furnishings and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care.
Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions.
Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical devices with care. Since a dirty kitchen is not a good idea for anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not put hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a coaster. Always use a cutting board as a base when cutting.
Damage
Nobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be pleased if you would let us know about the damage so that we do not have to wait until after you have left to find out about it during the final cleaning.
The tenant is liable for damage up to the replacement cost.
Ventilation
To avoid the formation of mold, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently,
at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.
Duty of care
We ask our guests to treat the apartment with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The
entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. All windows should also be closed when leaving the house to avoid possible damage from storms or burglary. Water and electricity resources should be used sparingly.
Disposal
The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot.
The corresponding garbage bins are available on the property by the parking lot to the left of the corner of the house (opposite your parking space).
Please only use garbage cans with garbage bags and dispose of them in the closed garbage bin. No garbage, leftover food, harmful liquids or similar may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins or shower! Avoid anything that could lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene products in the toilet).
Cleaning
To keep prices low, we do not charge for final cleaning.
If you have an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or
work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately. We ask that you leave the house swept clean when you leave and put all used dishes, pots, pans, etc. back in the cupboards.
Quiet times
In the interests of good neighborliness, we ask that you observe public quiet times such as
lunchtime, nighttime and Sunday quiet. Out of consideration, quiet should also be kept in the house itself between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Internet/Wi-Fi
There is a wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi) in the holiday apartment.
Wifi: Vodafone-1ECC // Password: nemG9maFk7hrtRY4
Using the Internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA,
smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free for the tenant. You use the Internet at your own risk; the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's Internet usage.
As the Internet usage is free of charge, failure or disruption of the network is not a point of recourse.
Smokers
Smoking is not permitted in the house. Please leave the holiday home or go to the balcony to smoke. Please dispose of completely cold cigarette butts in the garbage can.
Parking
You can park directly in front of the holiday home.
Please park only in the "Lotti" parking lot
If a parking space is made available to you, this does not constitute a storage contract. The landlord is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Baby bed and high chair
We are happy to provide you with a baby bed and high chair free of charge. Only with prior reservation (at least 24 hours before arrival.
House rules
If repairs are necessary immediately, it may be essential that the landlord has to enter the
holiday apartment without the knowledge of the guest. However, we will inform you beforehand.
Keys
Please never hand over the keys. Lost keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for guests' valuables.
Arrival and departure
Arrival is by arrangement (please let us know your departure time one day before departure)
On the day of departure, we ask our guests to
vacate the holiday home by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. When you leave,
the holiday apartment should look the way you found it.
We charge €5.00 per person for changing towels during your stay.
Thank you for your attention.
We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation and
recreation. If you have any questions, we are happy to help.
