Bettwäsche und Handtücher liegen auf den Betten kostenfrei für Sie bereit.
Sollten Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes frische Handtücher benötigen, informieren Sie uns gern. Wir berechnen für ein Handtuchset (1x Duschtuch & 1x Handtuch) 5€ pro Person.
Da es sich um eine Ferienwohnung handelt, befinden sich Hygieneartikel, Reinigungsutensilien und Toilettenpapier in Erstausstattung in der Wohnung und sind anschließend bitte selbst zu besorgen. Auf Wunsch bieten wir kostenfreie Lebensmittellieferung ab einem Warenwert von 50€ kostenfrei an (Voranmeldung mindestens 1 Werktag bis 13:00 Uhr - Ware wird vom ortlichen Nahversorger Edeka Schönauer Ladl bezogen). Gern können Sie auch die Bestellung via WhatsApp abgeben.
Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge on the beds.
If you need fresh towels during your stay, please let us know. We charge €5 per person for a set of towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel).
Since this is a vacation rental, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper are provided in the apartment as an initial supply; please provide them yourself afterward. Upon request, we offer free grocery delivery for orders over €50 (advance notice at least one business day before 1:00 PM - goods are sourced from the local grocery store Edeka Schönauer Ladl). You are also welcome to place your order via WhatsApp.

Wohnung bitte vor Verlassen Saugen oder kehren.
Bitte das Geschirr spülen (ggfs Spülmaschine in die Spülmaschine stellen und diese einschalten - nicht auf ECO bitte), Backofen/Mikrowelle reinigen
Den Müll bitte sortiert in die Mülltonnen. Glasflaschen entsorgen Sie bitte im Sammelcontainer der Gemeinde (in Berchtesgaden an der Watzmanntherme, in Schönau an der Feuerwehr und Froedhofsparkplatz und in Rams bitte an der Wimmbachbrücke
Bitte den Schlüssel in den Schlüssel Safe zurücklegen

Important check-out information:
Please check out by 10:00 AM (please inform us of your departure time the evening before).
Please remove the bed linens and wrap them in the sheets with the towels.
Please vacuum or sweep the apartment before leaving.
Please wash the dishes (if necessary, place the dishwasher in the dishwasher and turn it on - please do not use the ECO setting), clean the oven/microwave.
Please sort the garbage and place it in the trash cans. Please dispose of glass bottles in the municipal waste container (in Berchtesgaden at the Watzmanntherme spa, in Schönau at the fire station and Froedhof parking lot, and in Rams at the Wimmbach Bridge).
Please return the key to the key safe.
